International Charity Organization in Palestine: A representative office of the World Islamic Charity Organization was established in Palestine in 1989 to contribute to improving the humanitarian conditions of the Palestinian people. The organization worked on providing relief to Palestinians affected by political, economic, and natural disasters in the region. After the development of the organization's work in Palestine, it was registered in 2009 with the Palestinian Ministry of Interior as an international organization under the number QR-00128-F, to fulfill its humanitarian mission and enhance its focus on supporting vulnerable social groups and developing marginalized areas.

The Charity Organization was founded in 1984 as a non-profit international humanitarian organization, aiming to fulfill its mission by contributing to improving the conditions of the needy. It aspires to achieve leadership and excellence through the implementation of its developmental, emergency, and long-term programs spanning over forty years across a large area of the world. It has achieved an honorable presence in the fields of charity and humanitarian work locally, regionally, and globally, gaining consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council for the excellence of its programs and projects. It also obtained permanent membership in the Islamic Council for Da'wah and Relief in Cairo, observer status in the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), and membership in the International Council of Voluntary Agencies (ICVA), while establishing partnerships with the Islamic Development Bank and the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ) in the implementation of some projects.
